Redbrick Event: Property Quotient – A Real Look At Real Estate

On the morning of 11th June, the Redbrick Team organised its first ever real estate summit, Property Quotient – A Real Look At Real Estate!

Held at the DBS Auditorium at Marina Bay Financial Centre, our guests started streaming in as early as 8.45am!

Our registration team did a wonderful job of checking guests in seamlessly, at the same time issuing each attendee their goodie bag!

Each item in the goodie bag was carefully curated by Redbrick’s event team and graciously sponsored by our event partners. Of course, one could also find Redbrick’s very own magic ruler in the goodie bag!

Our guests were extremely punctual and it was almost full house even before we started!

At 09.30am, our event commenced. Leonard, our emcee, got the ball rolling and introduced to the podium our very first speaker, Jeremy Lee from the StreetSine Technology Group.

Jeremy shared on various tools available by SRX and how members of the public could easily use them.

After which, the mic was handed over to Leslie Lin from iProperty Singapore.

After Leslie’s sharing on the Asia Property Market Sentiment, it was time for our tea break!

Our guests quite clearly enjoyed breakfast! Amongst the variety were mostly breakfast food, such as kampung fried mee siam or fried you tiao with sotong paste. But the most popular dish was definitely the wok fried carrot cake which was devoured even before the tea break was over!

Concurrently, interviews were also being conducted for our highlights video.

Our guests definitely had a good time mingling, be it by themselves…

or with our associates.
After the break, we had Sharon Lee from Knight Frank Singapore, who delivered her presentation on auction as a mode of sale.

And finally, we had Simon Peh from DBS who shared with us on how DBS Treasures can be well integrated into our lives.

And with that it was the end of our first ever event!

From all of us at Redbrick, we would like to say a big Thank You to all of you who joined us for the event!

Also, special thanks to our event partners and sponsors, as well as our friends from Circular Law Chambers who made this possible.

Lastly, here’s our official highlights video! See if you can spot yourself! :)
