Before joining Redbrick, Alfie spent four years with SAF, where he held various appointments in the manpower, training, and operations domains. These roles provided him with opportunities to hone his abilities to communicate effectively, analyze complex situations, and develop tailored solutions—skills he believes are critical in understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client.

Outside of work, Alfie values spending quality time with his family and enjoys ending the day with a good workout.
